DELIVERY & RETURNS
UK Delivery: Products in stock are packaged and posted First Class Royal Mail.
International Delivery: Please contact us directly for international postage charges.
If your item is not in stock we will let you know immediately and make sure it is next on our sewing machines. As all of our products are handmade in the UK and we ensure we deliver the best quality finish orders can take up to 7 days to arrive with you. We believe that good things may be worth waiting a couple of extra days for. We hope you do too.
We want you to love your new products, but if you want to send them back the process is very easy!
We offer a 28 day returns policy, simply contact us for a returns number at firstname.lastname@example.org, then package it up and post it back to us for an exchange, credit note or refund. As soon as we receive your return we will start the process to credit your account.
If you think that you may have a faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com for a returns number and with a description of the issue. Send the faulty item back to us. We will then inspect the product and contact you by either email or telephone. If your product is faulty we will issue a full refund including your return postage.
A bit boring....but necessary. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached unused, unworn, unwashed, smoke and hair free.
