Use of our website as well as the sales and purchase of products, services and vouchers are governed by the terms and conditions set below. If you do not wish to accept or agree with our terms and conditions you may decide not to use our website or choose to contact us for more information. Once an order has been placed, processed, dispatch and the terms and conditions have been accepted a contract between Goff Golf and you the customer will exist.

We reserve the right to withdraw or change our offers and services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

Our Website and blog may also contain links leading to external websites, which are not operated by Goff Golf. We have no control over the linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site and that websites administrators.

Goff Golf do not disclose Buyers information to third parties.

We only collect information that is necessary and relevant to provide you with the products and services that you request.

At this point we will use your address, email address and telephone number to send your parcel.We will also send you dispatch emails and our couriers will send you an email and or a text message with a delivery window/tracking information if applicable.

If you have subscribed to our email newsletter we will send you periodic emails with the latest products and offers. You can unsubscribe from this at any time by simply clicking the unsubscribe link in every email.

We will not hold your details for an indefinite time period. If you are a customer with us we will hold your details longer than someone who for example did not complete an order and abandoned the cart at the checkout.

Prohibitions: The miss use of this website is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to commit or encourage others to commit criminal offences, distribute or transmit computer viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or post any other material that may be harmful, offensive, malicious or in breach of confidence. You are also prohibited to hack any part of our service, corrupt or steal data, cause offence or annoyance to other users or infringe on their rights. Users are not permitted to distributed any unsolicited promotional, advertising material, spam material, attempt to manipulate or affect the performance of any computer, files or facilities accessed through this website. Anyone caught breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Goff Golf LTD will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and pass on your information, details and identity to them.

Intellectual Property & Content: All of the intellectual property rights of all content, photography and software found on this website is the property of Goff Golf LTD or its licensors. You are permitted to save, print and store content, photography and software for you own personal and private used but you are not permitted to publish, distribute, manipulate or reproduce it in any format or in connection or for any commercial enterprise or business. You are not permitted to modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by Goff Golf LTD or its licensors.

Order Fulfilment: Due to the nature of this business, stock availability can not be guaranteed. If your item(s) are in stock they will be shipped to reach you within 5 working days. If we are unable to get in contact with you and agree a later shipment within 5 working days a full refund will be issued via your original method of payment.

Pre-Orders: If an item or service is marked as 'Pre-Order' an expected due and delivery date will be shown. If you order a product or service that is marked as 'Pre-Order' you will be charged at the point of purchase and you order will be shipped as soon as we have received it. If the Pre-Ordered is part of a larger order the items in stock will be dispatched immediately and the pre ordered items dispatch upon arrival at no extra delivery cost to yourself.

Payment & Security: The methods of payment we accept at Goff Golf are; Visa, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, Access, Delta, and Visa Electron. We do not accept payment from American Express. For both your's and our security all of our credit card transactions are processed by Sage Pay and are fully encrypted and PCI compliant. We do not handle, store or have access to any or your credit card information.

Returns: Goff Golf offer a 28 day returns policy for an exchange, credit or refund.If you require an exchange or a refund please email customerservice@goffgolf.com to obtain a return authorisation number.All returns are at your expense (unless deemed faulty, see below for faulty returns).We will only refund orders when:

Clothing: Items of clothing must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, smoke and hair free.
Footwear: Shoes must not have been worn outside. If you are unsure of your size we suggest that you try your shoes on indoors and preferably on carpet. The box should be returned in its original condition without and labels or tape stuck directly to the box.

All headcovers must be returned unused, smoke, mud and hairfree.

Faulty Items: If you think that you may have a faulty item because of a manufacturing fault, please contact us for a returns number and with a description of the issue. Once you have obtained a returns number then please send the faulty item back to us. We will then inspect the product and contact you. From time to time we may need to send some item back to the supplier/manufacturer for their opinion. If we need to do this we will inform you either via email or telephone. If we feel that your product is faulty we will issue a full refund including your return postage.

European Returns: If you are returning an item from any of the European countries that we deliver to please be aware that you will be charged for the return postage. For European pricing info please contact us directly.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England and shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and Goff Golf, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this website.

Agreement: The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Goff Golf LTD. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by the owner of Goff Golf LTD. None of the above affects you statutory rights under English Law.
